WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS FOR 2010/2011 ENROLLMENT
WE HAVE OUR ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE ON 9TH FEBRUARY 2011 FROM 9:30-11AM, BY INVITATION TO FAMILIES ON OUR WAIT LIST. (Adults only).
Please do not call the office with wait list questions!!!.
Please following these requirements below and correspond via email. info@camelotkids.org. We do not want the staff and children to be disrupted.
WAIT LIST
Everybody who wishes to be placed on our current wait list and be considered for future spaces:
1. Download the Interest Form
2. Fill it out online and send the receipt along with a one time $50 application fee.
3. Once we process your application fee you will be sent an invoice/receipt via email. This is your confirmation that you are on our wait list data base.
This will put you on our wait list and you will be notified of our next “Open House”, orientation dates & special events.
OPEN HOUSE
We have one “Open House” in February each year which is for enrollment the same year. IE: if you plan on enrolling in September 2011 it is mandatory that you attend the “Open House” in February 2011. This event is by invitation only to the people who are on our current wait list and you will be notified by email of the date and requirements to attend our “Open House”. This is a time when you will tour our facility and learn about our program and we answer any questions you may have.
If you miss the open house you are still able to apply by filling out our interest form, however we do not do one on one tours until you have been selected for an intake meeting.
You will be given a questionnaire to fill out and submit if interested in being considered for our program. It is from this questionnaire that we consider enrollments and schedule intake meetings with potential families based on what spaces we have available.
INTAKE MEETINGS
We schedule intake meetings in February/March. This is a small group meeting with Renae Plant our Director and Missy Gill our Assistant Director where you will be given an opportunity to ask questions and will be given all the necessary information for enrollment. It is mandatory to bring your child to this meeting.
Once you have had an intake meeting, you will be notified when/if you have been accepted in to our program. Please note that this depends on our capacity and whether space is available and whether we feel your child/family would be a good fit with our program. We balance our classes with male/female ratios.
PRE-REGISTRATION - CLOSES FEBRUARY 15TH (current enrolled families)
Pre-enrollment for our current families closes on February 15th each year. This is a chance for our current enrolled families to change their schedules. It is also the time when any current family who wishes to pre-register a sibling must do so. Please fill out the PRE-REGISTRATION FORM and submit by 15 February. Please note that if you do not submit this form by the closing date, your space or schedule may be offered to our wait listed families.
ACCEPTANCE INTO PROGRAM – 15TH MARCH
All families who have been accepted into our program will be notified by the 15th of March each year. You will be notified of your start date and schedule. At this time you would be required to fill out our Preschool Registration Packet and supply all necessary immunization records, registration check, Building & Maintenance fee, along with the first month’s tuition, and an earthquake fee. No child will be permitted to start until all paper work is complete and handed into our office. * Must be done before the first day of school.
If you wish to remove yourself from the program for any reason we request 30 days written notice or you will be charged for your space for that month.
REMAIN ON WAIT LIST
Anyone who did not make it into the program will be required to notify us by email if they wish to remain on our wait list to be considered for the following year or any spaces that may become available during the school year. If you do not respond to this request your information will be deleted from our database.
