Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
We ask that all children arrive by 8:30 am. Circle time starts at 9:00 am and having your child arrive late disrupts the classroom.

§ Hours of operation for the Preschool Program are Mon-Fri: 8:00am-6:00pm. We are a year round program and require all families to pay tuition each month. We do not pro-rate for any vacations, absences due to sickness or public holidays.
§ Extended care 5:00pm-6:00pm is an additional $50 per month regardless of the number of days.
§ Enrichment Classes (2 ½ up to entering First Grade only) - 2:15-4:45 pm daily. Additional fees apply.
§ Discovery Program (18 months to 3 years) with parent participation Mondays & Wednesdays - and/or Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3pm-5pm. $500 per 8 week session (2 months).
§ Each family will volunteer to bring one-two snacks per month for your child’s classroom. Lunch must be provided for your child.
§ Families must pay a $250 registration fee & $250 building & maintenance fee & $25 earthquake kit fee, per child per year. These fees are due upon initial enrollment or in September each year. (non-refundable)
§ If you wish to leave your child from 1-5pm - rate is $20 extra per day (if not on monthly plan)
§ Drop-In rates during the summer months (if space is available) are $60 per day for the full day preschool program; $50 per day for the half day preschool program.
§ $10 Late pick-up fee is assessed if a child is picked up after the 15 min grace period.
§ Three late fee notices, will result in termination.
§ Nappers will be charged a $15 sheet fee. You will be given a sheet with your child’s name clearly marked.
§ All tuition payments and registration fees are due when you register. Your child will not be enrolled without completed Preschool Registration Packet and a tuition fees.
§ All tuition rates are due on the 1st of the month and are late after the 5th of every month. Late payments will be assessed a $25 dollar fee in addition to the tuition.
§ All requests to change schedule must be submitted in writing 2 weeks prior, or you will be billed for your child’s original schedule.
§ One time wait list application fee of $50. If you wish to be put on our wait list, fill out an online interest form and submit with your payment. This will put you on our email list for notification of our open house dates and orientation tours.
No refunds on any part of unused tuition, registration, building & maintenance & earthquake fees. If you have paid a tuition deposit to secure your child’s spot in the program you will receive a full refund of the tuition deposit if given 30 days notice of leaving. However the registration fee is non-refundable. If less than 30 days notice is given your tuition deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
