AMAZING NORMA NOW AVAILABLE!
Norma has been looking after our two boys, 4 yrs and 2.5 yrs old, since birth. I could not possibly sing her praises adequately in a concise post. She is an extremely organized, responsible and loving caregiver who greatly contributes to our family as we continue to grow, reinvent, reimagine, and finetune. She is constantly seeking new adventures and activities based on her careful observations of our boys’ interests and their development. Norma has been a wonderful teacher to all of us.
When I met Norma, she had been with one family for seven years. I hired her instantly based on the manner in which she introduced herself to my 3 mo old (at the time) with an outpouring of love, respect and great enthusiasm. Norma continues to bestow these gifts upon my children (and myself and my husband) everyday. For this we feel enormously fortunate.
Norma is now available to work with another family MONDAY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY until 4 pm.
I hope to continue to rely on her on those days after 4.
Norma speaks English and Spanish. She drives a safe and comfortable car.

Linda Alas has been our nanny for almost two years now (since our little girl was just three months old). She is reliable and fun and willing to commute to your home. As of the first of July 2009 she will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays. She does not speak English, so parents will need to have a basic understanding of Spanish, but we have found that exposing our little one to Spanish so early has been a real gift. YAS Fitness Center is now open in Silverlake! The boutique yoga and indoor cycling studio offers 45 minute spin classes and 60 minute yoga classes, 7 days a week. The well-known YAS Class is offered daily at 11:15 am, consisting of a 60 minute hybrid workout, beginning with 30 minutes on the bike, followed with 30 minutes in the yoga room. Yoga and indoor cycling classes are taught by YAS certified instructors.
