Yoga

Yoga

Yoga with Ms Alex is held in our studio every Friday and the children adore it! They love poses like “Down Diggity Dog” and enjoy the visualizations and playful nature. We know that on another level they are building a foundation: awareness of their bodies, improved focus, a greater sense of how to remain calm and a natural inclination toward a brighter outlook. Go yoga go!

Word of the Month

Word of the Month

Conflict resolution is something we actively promote here at Camelot on a daily basis. We start by introducing problem solving language to young minds. Each month we highlight a different word and introduce children to its meaning. When they have a better understanding of what positive words mean and how to use them they can formulate different tools to apply to their everyday lives.

Sci-Wiz-A-Lot

Sci-Wiz-A-Lot
